Bologna, 13 November 2023 – BolognaFiere Shareholders met to examine the plan to list the Company on the EGM (Euronext Growth Milan) stock exchange in the PRO section. The proposal was unanimously agreed by all those present, who also mandated the Board to execute the plan.
Listing will entail a capital increase of up to 15 million Euros, which shall be offered shareholders at a minimum price of 1.25 Euro per share. Any unsubscribed shares shall subsequently be offered to professional investors. Informa may also participate in the operation, exercising its right to purchase shares granted by its subscription of the convertible bond issued by BolognaFiere in December 2022. In this case, the capital increase would amount to 40 million Euros.
BolognaFiere has chosen BPER Banca as its Euronext Growth Advisor.
