Wednesday, June 3, 2026 – BolognaFiere Group celebrates the 11th edition of Global Exhibitions Day (#GED2026), established by UFI.
This day was created to raise global awareness of the important role of exhibitions and trade fairs.
Theme of this edition: “Exhibitions drive opportunities.”
THE SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING APPROVES THE 2025 FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND APPOINTS THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND THE BOARD OF STATUTORY AUDITORS
The Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of BolognaFiere S.p.A. today approved the financial statements as of December 31, 2025, and also appointed the Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors, both of which will remain in office for the next three years.
WORK BEGINS ON THE NEW PAVILION DESIGNED BY MCA – MARIO CUCINELLA ARCHITECTS
Construction work has begun on the new multifunctional pavilion designed by MCA – Mario Cucinella Architects, marked by the symbolic demolition of the former Pavilion 35, which officially launched a project set to transform the face of the exhibition district.
The investment aims to create an iconic, sustainable, and multifunctional infrastructure to host international trade fairs, shows, sporting events, and conferences, becoming a new urban landmark.
