Organizational Model (as per Legislative Decree 231/2001) and Code of Ethics

BolognaFiere Group’s organizational and management model is designed to deter inappropriate conduct within our organization and ensure the safeguard of people, customers, stakeholders, and the companies of the Group.

The organizational Model 231 has strengthened our internal control system. A preemptive instrument detailing misconduct and criminal behaviour as laid down by Legislative Decree 231/2001, the model ensures compliance with the principles of fairness and transparency, thereby safeguarding the good name of the Group and its employees and meeting the expectations of our customers and shareholders.

The Group’s Code of Ethics defines the values and ethical responsibilities all Group Companies undertake to uphold in their everyday dealings with stakeholders.
