Public transport to and from ModenaFiere

Urban transport lines: the Exhibition Centre can be reached by the city service bus no. 9 (Fiera stop, near the entrance).

By Train

By train: Modena railway station is connected to the main Italian cities.

  • Some Frecciarossa trains stop at Modena Station (Piazza Dante Alighieri), providing direct connections to destinations such as Milan, Bologna, Rome, and the Adriatic coast.
  •  Mediopadana Hub: For a wider choice of schedules and destinations (including Italo trains), travellers often use the Reggio Emilia AV Mediopadana station, about 20-30 minutes away by car.
  • Interconnection with Bologna: Many users prefer to reach Bologna Centrale (about 18-25 minutes with frequent regional trains) to access Italy’s high-speed rail network.

The Exhibition Centre is 30 minutes by car from Bologna Guglielmo Marconi Airport. There is also a shuttle service to from the Airport to Modena.

ModenaFiere is also a 45-minute drive from Verona’s Catullo Airport, and an hour 15 min drive from Milan’s Linate Airport.

 

Private vehicles and transport

Exit the A1 (Autostrade del Sole) motorway at Modena Nord at the intersection with the Brenner Motorway. The Exhibition Centre can also be reached from Modena’s North and South ring roads (tangenziali).

Access and services for people with disabilities.
Special access points and services are provided for all visitors with disabilities, reduced mobility or needing wheelchairs.

Accessible parking spaces are indicated with specific signage. The holder’s Exhibitor/Visitor pass and disabled parking permit must be clearly visible on the car. Accessible parking is subject to the same timeframes, routes, and rates as all other parking.
During exhibitions, ModenaFiere provides specific services for Exhibitors and Visitors with disabilities: elevators and other means to overcome architectural barriers, dedicated restrooms, and reserved on-site parking spaces.
