Bologna Congress Centre has been a leading player in the meetings industry for more than 40 years. Each year, it hosts over 100 conferences, conventions, corporate events, and theatrical performances, attended by over 110,000 visitors.
The venue includes the multifunctional Palazzo dei Congressi, the Former Modern Art Gallery (Ex GAM), and the Exhibition Hall. Together, the facilities offer 10,000 sqm of flexible, modular space for a wide range of events, including meetings, conventions, congresses, exhibitions, and trade fairs.
The Congress Centre has Emilia-Romagna’s largest theatres – EuropAuditorium – seating 1,700 seats and with an average seasonal attendance of over 52,000 spectators.
Thanks to its strategic location within the Exhibition District, Bologna Congress Centre can further expand its capacity thanks to the adjacent Halls 19 and 20. This provides an additional 20,000 sqm of exhibition space in addition to its plenary hall seating up to 6,000 attendees.
