BolognaFiere Group offers excellence in the Exhibitions & Architecture sector through HENOTO, the Group company specializing in the design, production, and installation of event structures and furnishings.

HENOTO is the operational core of BolognaFiere’s production process. Its independent infrastructure handles the full booth design and set-up process, from construction to visual communication.

Set up in 2024, our Property Management & Engineering Business Unit provides the exhibition venue and BolognaFiere District with a wide range of technical consultancy and project-management services.

Primary focus is given to expanding the Bologna Exhibition Centre, developing new exhibition halls, coordinating the technical services required by exhibitions and events, and managing the full range of facility operations.

Bologna & Fiera Parking S.p.A. is a special-purpose company incorporated as part of a project-financing initiative promoted by the Municipality of Bologna for the construction and management of a multi-storey parking facility adjacent to the Bologna Exhibition Centre to increase the district’s overall parking availability. The company also manages several nearby parking areas as well as street-side parking within the Exhibition District, ensuring efficient accessibility and vehicle flows in the area.
