BolognaFiere’s Board of Directors met to examine the plan to list the Company on the EGM Market (Euronext Growth Milan) in the Pro segment. The Board approved the plan and issued a call for a Shareholders’ Meeting on 13 November to seek shareholders’ approval. “Following the capital increase, the contributions in kind from the Municipality of Bologna and Chamber of Commerce, and our partnership with a best-in-class sector partner like Informa, today marks another important step towards the completion of the development plan we laid out when the world stopped on account of the pandemic – and we have achieved this in less than two years,” declared Gianpiero Calzolari, President of BolognaFiere. “It shows we are up there with the top players on the international exhibition market”.
