BOLOGNAFIERE: REQUEST FOR ADMISSION TO EURONEXT GROWTH MILAN – PROFESSIONAL SEGMENT PRESENTED TO BORSA ITALIANA

BolognaFiere S.p.A. (hereafter also the “Company” and, jointly with its subsidiaries, the “Group”), among the main international exhibition operators, informs that it presented a request for admission to trading of its ordinary shares on Euronext Growth Milan – Professional Segment (hereafter also EGM-Pro), a multilateral trading system organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.

The admission to trading on EGM-Pro will take place following the completion of a subscription offer of shares from a specific share capital increase, the total value of which is 15 million Euro. The placement price for the shares has been set at 1.25 Euro per share. The issue by Borsa Italiana of the notice of admission to trading on EGM-Pro is planned for 18 December 2023, while the start of trading is planned for 20 December 2023. The shares are identified with the ISIN code IT0003516066 and BF ticker.

During the meeting of the Board of Directors held on 12 December 2023, Antonio Bruzzone was appointed as Chief Executive Officer, his appointment becoming effective once the shares are admitted to trading on EGM-Pro. With over 30 years’ experience in the exhibition sector, Mr Bruzzone has held the position of General Manager of the Company since 2015, making an important contribution to the Group’s international growth. He is Vice President of the Italian association of exhibition companies (AEFI) and Vice President for Europe of UFI (The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry).
