The Board of Directors of BolognaFiere approves the consolidated financial statements as of December 31, 2024. With €274.1 million in revenue (+17% vs. 2023), it secures the industry leadership.
EBITDA reaches €44 million (+55% vs. 2023). The Board of Directors of BolognaFiere S.p.A., a company listed on the Professional segment of the Euronext Growth Milan market, organized and managed by Borsa Italiana, has approved the consolidated financial statements and the draft financial report as of December 31, 2024.
Growth has involved all key business areas of the Group: from trade show organization (accounting for 40% of revenue) to exhibition setup & architecture (another 40%), and the management of the BolognaFiere venue (contributing the remaining 20%). BolognaFiere Group aims to strengthen its industry leadership and continue its growth and development path, as outlined in its Industrial Plan and confirmed by the results achieved in 2024.

What truly makes us proud is having grown the company’s revenue from €105 million in 2015 to €274 million today—meaning two and a half times the turnover in less than 10 years.
