  • SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING APPROVES THE 2025 FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND APPOINTS THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND BOARD OF STATUTORY AUDITORS

    The Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of BolognaFiere S.p.A. today approved the Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2025 and appointed the new Board of Directors and Board of Statutory Auditors, both of which will remain in office for the next three-year term.

    The 2025 financial year closed with significantly improved results: revenues reached €306.7 million (+12% compared to 2024), EBITDA amounted to €52.5 million (+19% compared to 2024), profit before tax reached €20.5 million (€8.9 million in 2024), and net profit totalled €13.4 million, a substantial increase compared to the previous year (€3.9 million). The Group’s net cash financial position also improved, reaching €55.2 million.

  • THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF BOLOGNAFIERE APPROVES THE CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND THE DRAFT FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR 2025.

    For the first time in its history, the Group exceeds €300 million in revenue, reporting €306.7 million (+12% vs 2024) and EBITDA of €52.5 million (+20% vs 2024).

    These results confirm the strength of the Group’s strategic direction and BolognaFiere Group’s ability to grow, innovate, create long-term value and compete successfully on a global scale.

    A milestone that already drives the Group toward the future.

  • MERGER BY INCORPORATION OF MODENAFIERE S.R.L. INTO BOLOGNAFIERE

    BolognaFiere S.p.A. announces the signing of the merger deed for the incorporation of ModenaFiere S.r.l., its wholly owned subsidiary, as part of the Group’s rationalization and simplification plan launched following its stock market listing.

    The transaction, which will become legally effective on 1 February 2026 and have accounting and tax effect from 1 January 2026, will allow BolognaFiere to assume all legal relationships, rights, and obligations of the merged company, with no changes to the Company's Articles of Association.
